  • Discrimination against you based on protected classes (race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability) 
  • Retaliation by landlord 
  • Utility shut-offs by landlord 
  • Lock-outs by landlord  
  • Concerns related to domestic violence and safe housing

  • Eviction sealing in Franklin County (Go Resource Center)
