For a new case please call our Intake Line at 614-241-2001 or toll free at 1-888-246-4420. Our Intake Line is open Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and on Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Delaware, Marion, Morrow, and Union County Residents:
You can contact our Marion Office at 740-383-2161 or toll free at 1-888-301-2411. The phone lines are open 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
