 Is Your Criminal Conviction Creating Barriers To Your Success?

Are you experiencing difficulties with education, child support, employment, housing, credit, driver’s license, or public benefits as a result of your conviction?

You may qualify if:

  • You are between the ages of 14 and 24
  • Live in Franklin County
  • You or your family lives in public or subsidized or housing (vouchers, Sect. 8)
  • You have an adult or juvenile record

If you qualify, here is what we can do for you:

  • Assisting with evictions, denial of housing or utility shut offs;
  • Expunging or sealing a juvenile or adult record;
  • Helping with child support issues;
  • Assisting with reinstatement of driver’s licenses;
  • Assisting with Certificates of Qualification for Employment (CQE);
  • Reviewing notices from the IRS for tax issues;
  • Assisting with denials or termination from governmental benefits including health care;
  • Assisting with enrolling into school, college or vocational school;
  • Helping with suspension or expulsion from school or assisting with learning or behavioral problems.
