William Ross is an attorney at LASC with the Consumer Team. He joined LASC after working for the Ohio State Legislature. As the second to youngest of six children, education was given importance from a young age, along with the importance of reaching out and sharing that knowledge. At LASC, William has had numerous roles—he has counseled clients in areas including the following: domestic, consumer, landlord and tenant issues, bankruptcy, unemployment, and public benefits. He thrives at LASC because of his ability to enable clients to apply their experiences to other areas of their lives. He has also conducted foreclosure workshops, which focus on home preservation. William is passionate about LASC because of the high quality representation that low-income families receive; their limited income level does not mean that they should not have proper legal representation. This also allows people to feel empowered and know that they have a team of advocates on their side. He is honored to work among lawyers and other professionals who are dedicated to serving their clients along with their community.
